Hans-Peter Westermann
After he completed his studies in architecture, H.-P. Westermann began working in the property department of a renowned insurance company in 1977. He then moved to a well-known estate agent company in Hamburg, working in the areas of maintenance, administration, renting and selling (proxy). He was able to subsequently collect experience in international real estate in an estate agency with offices in Hamburg and London.
He has compiled valuations on a regular basis since 1988. After passing an examination on the subject, H.-P. Westermann was publically appointed and sworn as an expert for the valuation of developed and undeveloped properties and the determination of rental values in 1990. He established his own specialist company in 1994. Since then, the sole subject of this company has been valuations along with the specialist consultation of clients.
