The valuation of real estate is a service which regularly involves high figures. Our clients rightly insist on high standards when it comes to qualifications, experience, dedication and diligence. The completion of valuations on time is also of the highest priority.
The goal of our activity is the rendering of services to the satisfaction of the client. Legal framework conditions are, of course, to be strictly adhered to in this process. Whether the client's ideas and the expected valuation result correspond is therefore clarified in advance.
Our reports are compiled independently, impartially and individually. Absolute confidentiality is guaranteed. Our valuations are only compiled on the basis of data from reliable sources.
The scope and the structure of the report is solely determined by the purpose of the valuation and the client's requirements. Transparent structure, the appropriate textual description of the problem and understandable calculations are essential features of our reports.
So-called valuation programmes with standardised texts, superfluous citations and page-long definitions as well as incomprehensible calculations are not used in our reports.
If, within the framework of order processing, a conflict of interests emerges, this is disclosed to the client, including all the relevant facts. We strictly adhere to the international applicable compliance regulations.
